Job summary

GINCO Cont. Co. LLC in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Electrical BIM Engineer to develop and maintain electrical BIM models, coordinating with other disciplines to ensure clash-free project delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, 5–8+ years of electrical BIM experience, and proficiency with Revit and Navisworks. UAE/GCC project experience is preferred and will support installation coordination at site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a relevant technical discipline.
• 5-8+ years of electrical BIM experience.
• Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, construction drawings and BIM coordination workflows.
• UAE/GCC project experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop electrical BIM models using Revit and related BIM tools.
• Model electrical containment, lighting, power, cable routing and other applicable systems.
• Coordinate electrical models with mechanical, plumbing, HVAC and structural disciplines.
• Perform clash detection using Navisworks and support clash resolution.
• Prepare coordinated shop drawings, sections, layouts and schedules.
• Update models in line with approved drawings, RFIs and design revisions.
• Support site teams with BIM-related technical queries and installation coordination.
