Job summary

Geisinger is seeking a provider relations specialist in Dubai to manage and nurture relationships with health plan providers. You will act as the primary contact, help onboard new providers, and resolve routine issues while coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth experience.

The role also includes monitoring referral data, reporting on engagement metrics, and developing strategic plans to meet health plan goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Proficiency in computer literacy and group presentations.
• Knowledge of health insurance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary relationship manager with providers to ensure a positive experience and promote retention.
• Support new providers with onboarding and orientation.
• Resolve complex provider issues and collaborate with internal teams.
• Monitor data and present reports on referral volume and engagement.
• Create strategic plans for providers to support health plan goals.
• Partner with quality improvement departments for value-based program results.
