GEMS Education is seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive - Education to lead end-to-end recruitment for GSM across teaching and non-teaching roles, collaborating with internal stakeholders and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree, 3 years in TA, a UAE driving license, fluent English (Arabic a plus), and a track record of building strong relationships with senior stakeholders within the education sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 3 years experience in internal Talent Acquisition or recruitment agency.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Fluent English; Arabic language is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Execute targeted recruiting strategies for teaching and non-teaching positions.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand job requirements and skills.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including posting openings, screening, interviewing, and references.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline via social media, job boards, referrals and networking.
• Represent GSM positively at recruitment events and job fairs.
• Collaborate with education colleges/universities to attract graduates or alumni.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and local regulations.
• Provide excellent service to internal stakeholders and candidates.
• Act as ambassador for GEMS Education during the recruitment process.
• Stay updated with company developments to map recruitment needs.
