Job summary

Bloom Education is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to lead end-to-end recruitment across its UAE education networks, including schools and head office. The role requires partnering with hiring managers to design sourcing strategies and deliver qualified candidates efficiently.

You will manage candidate communications, offers, and onboarding paperwork, while building talent pipelines and ensuring a smooth candidate experience aligned with safeguarding standards. Abu Dhabi or Dubai base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years recruitment experience; education recruitment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the sourcing life cycle; manage stages of education hiring.
• Partner with hiring teams to understand staffing needs and sourcing strategy.
• Source, screen and deliver qualified candidates for schools and head office.
• Prepare and deliver offers and onboarding paperwork promptly.
• Maintain regular candidate contact through sourcing to acceptance.
• Build talent pipelines and run proactive outreach campaigns.
• Advise on recruitment processes and monitoring for efficiency.
• Ensure records meet audit standards and compliance.
• Coordinate job fairs, conferences and education-sector events.
• Provide hiring data insights to managers.
