The Talents Nation is seeking an HR Manager for a premium British-curriculum school in Dubai. Based in Dubai, you will oversee recruitment, onboarding, KHDA documentation, and HR operations, ensuring compliance and a positive staff culture.

Strong UAE HR knowledge and KHDA familiarity are essential. You will coordinate performance reviews, training, and ongoing staff development to support academic excellence and high-performance learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• At least 3 years of UAE experience in the same role within school/education sector.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour law and KHDA requirements and HR best practice.
• Familiarity with staff qualification verification and KHDA Teacher Permit processes.

Responsibilities

• Handle recruitment, onboarding, and KHDA documentation for all staff.
• Manage HR operations: records, attendance, leaves, payroll support, and compliance.
• Support staff relations, resolve queries, and maintain a positive school culture.
• Coordinate performance reviews, training, and ongoing staff development.
