Job summary

TASC Outsourcing in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced Head of Finance to lead financial strategy and execution. You will partner with the CEO and senior leadership to drive FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning across multiple entities, brands and locations.

The role requires strong experience in M&A diligence, capital allocation, treasury, and internal controls, with a track record of delivering value through finance transformation and strategic advisory to the board.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CEO and senior leadership on business and financial strategy.
• Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning.
• Drive revenue, EBITDA, margins, cash flow and working-capital performance.
• Lead financial modelling, scenario planning and strategic business cases.
• Manage financial performance across multiple entities, brands and locations.
• Evaluate CAPEX, investments and capital allocation.
• Support M&A, due diligence, JVs and strategic partnerships.
• Oversee treasury, liquidity, banking relationships and funding requirements.
• Strengthen governance, internal controls, risk, audit and tax compliance.
• Drive ERP, finance automation, analytics and digital transformation.
• Build and lead a high-performing finance function.
• Provide clear financial and commercial recommendations to CEO, Board and shareholders.
