Job summary

Ecomvest is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to own and optimize a portfolio of eCommerce stores. You will drive performance, revenue, and profitability with a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach, coordinating with marketing, sourcing, fulfillment, and support teams.

You will lead cross-functional efforts, improve processes, and build strong relationships with clients and investors. The role demands urgency, accountability, and strong analytical skills to scale multiple stores successfully.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience operating or scaling Shopify / ecommerce stores.
• Strong understanding of dropshipping operations and ecommerce workflows.
• Performance-driven mindset with ownership and accountability.
• Entrepreneurial attitude and ability to operate autonomously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and client management abilities.
• Ability to move fast, prioritize effectively, and execute independently.
• Familiarity with Shopify, logistics and fulfillment systems, marketing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the performance of assigned stores across key KPIs: Revenue, Profit margins, Conversion rate, Refund and dispute rates.
• Monitor store performance daily and identify opportunities or issues proactively.
• Take immediate action to address underperformance and bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with other departments to drive growth.
• Oversee and optimize the daily operations of multiple ecommerce stores; ensure smooth order processing.
• Monitor inventory levels and prevent stockouts; manage pricing and promotions.
