Overview

You own the daily execution of the site. This is a high-speed, high-precision role - where details matter and delays cost money. You ensure the site runs clean, orders flow smoothly, and nothing slips through the cracks.

What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end site operations - inventory sync, transfers monitoring
• Monitor orders across the lifecycle - fulfillment, cancellations, returns, refunds
• Coordinate closely with warehouse, logistics, and customer service to resolve issues fast
• Track and improve operational KPIs (order accuracy, SLA adherence, fulfillment speed)
• Identify issues early and fix them before escalation
• Maintain backend systems (Shopify) with discipline and accuracy
• Support the onboarding of new brands
