Job summary

Remote DXB is seeking a seasoned Ecommerce/Marketing Manager to own our Shopify storefront, drive performance ads, and optimize customer journeys from acquisition to retention. You will design automated email flows, craft compelling English copy, and manage freelancers to maintain brand quality across campaigns.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years Shopify experience, strong SEO/PPC skills, and a proven track record of scaling ecommerce brands in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Native English speaker essential for high-level communication and copywriting.
• Shopify experience: 4+ years hands-on within Shopify ecosystem.
• Proven management track record scaling an ecommerce brand.
• Technical skills in SEO, PPC, and Email Marketing automation.
• Bachelor's degree required for UAE Manager visa; must be attested for visa process and immediate joiner.

Responsibilities

• Own Shopify storefront including product launches, app integrations (Klaviyo, Gorgias), and landing page optimisation.
• Lead performance marketing across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads with focus on CAC/ROAS.
• Design and automate advanced email/SMS flows using Shopify-integrated tools.
• Create high-converting, native-level English copy for ads, product descriptions, and emails.
• Use GA4 and Shopify Analytics to provide weekly performance reports and identify bottlenecks in the customer journey.
• Manage external freelancers to ensure brand consistency and high-quality creative output.

• Shopify Management: Full ownership of the Shopify storefront, including product launches, app integrations (Klaviyo, Gorgias, etc.), and landing page optimisation.
• Performance Marketing: Lead the strategy and execution of Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads. Manage significant budgets with a focus on scaling CAC/ROAS.
• Retention & Email: Design and automate advanced email/SMS flows (Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Win-back) using Shopify-integrated tools.
• Copywriting & Content: Produce high-converting, native-level English copy for ads, product descriptions, and email campaigns.
• Data Analysis: Use GA4 and Shopify Analytics to provide weekly performance reports, identifying bottlenecks in the customer journey.
• Leadership: Manage external freelancers (designers/video editors) to ensure brand consistency and high-quality creative output.

Requirements
