Job summary

Ajman Academy in the UAE is seeking a warm, enthusiastic Early Years Teacher to join our primary team. You will deliver play-based, child-led learning and accelerate progress while upholding IB PYP principles and the English National Curriculum where appropriate.

You will foster a nurturing classroom, support wellbeing, and collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure every child thrives and achieves high standards across core subjects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Years Education or a relevant subject.
• Minimum of 3 years' teaching experience at the elementary/primary level.
• Experience with IB Primary Years Programme is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver play-based, child-led learning aligned with the EYFS.
• Create a nurturing environment that encourages exploration and love of learning.
• Use assessment effectively to drive progress and raise attainment in core subjects.

The role

We are seeking a warm, enthusiastic and highly motivated Early Years Teacher to join our dynamic primary team. Phase: Primary SchoolCurriculum: IB Primary Years Programme (PYP), with English National Curriculum objectives embedded throughout the school.

• Build strong, positive relationships with parents through effective communication on children's progress, achievements and next steps.

Requirements
