Qualifications

• Be a fluent English speaker.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Years Education or a relevant subject with PGCE / QTS (or equivalent teaching qualification).
• Experience teaching the English National Curriculum, preferably in an international setting.
• Strong classroom management skills and commitment to student wellbeing.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, play-based, child-led learning in line with EYFS.
• Create a nurturing, inspiring environment that encourages exploration and independence.
• Observe, document, and track children’s developmental progress using formative assessments.
• Collaborate with EYFS team on planning and provision development.

• Use effective formative assessment strategies to observe, document, and track children’s developmental progress.
• Contribute to planning and continuous provision development, collaborating closely with the EYFS team to maintain a high-quality learning environment.
• Support the holistic well-being of children and promote the school’s values, routines, and expectations.
• Build strong, positive relationships with parents through effective communication on children’s progress, achievements, and next steps.
• Participate actively in school events, professional development, and wider school initiatives.
