Primary Teacher - Inclusive Learning in Abu Dhabi, UAE is a student-focused Primary-Secondary Education opportunity for a committed classroom teacher who can deliver inspiring US Curriculum lessons, support inclusive learning, and help young learners make strong academic, social, and personal progress.

This role requires a reflective teacher who can monitor progress, adapt planning, support different ability levels, build positive relationships, assess, communicate with parents, support behaviour, collaborate on curriculum, safeguard, and contribute to extra‑curricular learning.

Salary: AED 10,000 – 17,000*

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver inspiring lessons that help students achieve the best possible academic and personal outcomes.
• Teach in an inclusive and engaging way that encourages independence and confidence.
• Plan, prepare, and present lessons that meet curriculum requirements and student learning needs.
• Organise classroom resources, displays and learning spaces to create a positive and motivating environment.
• Use enthusiastic and imaginative teaching approaches to support student curiosity and participation.
• Work with fellow teachers to plan engaging lessons and share effective classroom practice.
• Observe, assess, and record student progress in line with school assessment expectations.
• Use Target Tracker and assessment data to guide planning, provision and intervention.
• Adjust classroom environment, lesson planning and curriculum delivery based on student progress.
• Support students for whom English is not their first language through clear and inclusive instruction.
• Cooperate with curriculum support staff and external professionals where required to support child development.
• Maintain effective communication with parents and carers about student progress and wellbeing.
• Apply the school behaviour policy consistently and promote self‑control, independence and positive conduct.
• Build respectful relationships with pupils while using appropriate classroom authority when necessary.
• Communicate student achievement, wellbeing or safeguarding matters through school systems such as CPOMS where appropriate.
• Participate in curriculum action groups, planning, assessment, resources and special events.
• Support school events, outings, activities and wider community initiatives when required.
• Run a weekly ECA each term to enhance learning beyond the classroom.
• Uphold safeguarding, child protection, professional conduct and school policy requirements.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in the related subject.
• PGCE or another recognised teaching qualification.
• Minimum 1-2 years of teaching experience.
• Previous experience working with students for whom English is not their first language.
• Clear understanding of curriculum delivery, classroom assessment and inclusive learning practice.
• Ability to teach young learners with patience, creativity, structure and care.
