Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank is seeking an ambitious Learning & Development professional to drive graduate, trainee, internship and emerging-talent programs with Emiratization in mind. Lead the design of competency-based journeys and governance across early careers, while partnering with stakeholders to ensure scalable talent pipelines.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management or Organizational Development.
• Experience in banking/financial services or large complex organizations.
• Designing competency‑based development programmes and managing early careers.

Responsibilities

• Design and enhance graduate, trainee, internship, talent and emerging‑talent programmes.
• Manage career development and role transitions through lateral moves, promotions and succession planning.
• Apply the competency framework across development journeys and assessments.
• Create and maintain competency-based learning pathways for graduates and early-career staff.
• Coordinate governance, reporting and evaluation of early careers and development programmes.
• Deliver learning interventions, coaching, mentoring and action‑learning experiences to accelerate growth.
