Job summary

Al-Futtaim is seeking an Early Career Partner - Emiratization in Dubai to build pipelines of interns and graduates while advancing UAE national hiring initiatives. The role collaborates with university relations, government partners, and HR leaders to drive workforce development and strategic campaigns.

You will lead high-volume internships and targeted graduate programs, shaping candidate experiences and employer branding for a diverse talent pool in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, business, psychology, management, or related field.
• Significant exposure to talent acquisition, university relations, or early careers recruitment.
• Experience with government partners, national talent programs, or local workforce initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for internships, graduate programs, UAE national hiring, and early talent initiatives.
• Build targeted recruitment strategies to attract candidates from universities and technical institutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions, government partners, and talent organizations.
• Support employer branding campaigns to position Al-Futtaim as an attractive workplace for students and UAE nationals.
• Plan and participate in career fairs, university events, and recruitment drives.
• Collaborate with HR Partners, hiring managers, and leaders to understand workforce needs and future skill requirements.
• Translate hiring needs into practical sourcing plans for interns, graduates, national talent, and programs.
• Provide guidance on recruitment best practices, assessment, interview structure, and fair selection methods.
