Job summary

Wood is recruiting an experienced Construction Supervisor - E&I for ADNOC Onshore, Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on supervising EPC contractors, ensuring safety, quality and schedule adherence across onshore construction activities.

You will oversee FEED/EPC coordination through commissioning, review construction plans, and provide constructability input while liaising with subcontractors and project controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related disciplines.
• Minimum 10-15 years of pipeline construction experience in oil and gas projects.
• Minimum 5 years in a PMC or client representative role.
• ADNOC onshore project experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of relevant standards and construction practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and monitor construction activities by EPC contractors per ADNOC standards.
• Coordinate FEED/EPC contractor from construction through commissioning and handover.
• Review and input to construction/installation plans and procedures.
• Ensure contractor compliance with safety, quality and schedule requirements.
• Liaise with EPC contractor and sub-contractors at sites or fabrication facilities.
• Support with bid inputs and development of construction requirements for estimates.
