Job summary

Wood is recruiting an experienced PMC Supervisor (AA) for an ADNOC onshore project in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on coordinating on-site activities, managing permits-to-work, and delivering safe, on-time project execution for a high-profile client.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record in onshore oil and gas projects, excellent English communication, and willingness to travel for multi-week assignments across sites in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in Oil and Gas with onshore supervision.
• Experience with permits-to-work systems and safety culture.
• Strong English communication and travel flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe execution of mechanical and multidisciplinary works and PTW area authority.
• Drive a strong safety culture onsite and enforce HSE standards.
• Issue, review, and control permits-to-work for mechanical activities.
• Monitor contractors to meet schedules and quality requirements.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and QA/QC.
• Coordinate between PMC management, EPC contractors, and site teams.
