Daily Fulfillment Tasks

• Navigate the busy retail floor using handheld digital scanners to locate specific grocery items ordered via the Carrefour mobile app.
• Select the freshest fruits and vegetables from the produce section, ensuring high quality for online shoppers who cannot physically choose items themselves.
• Scan item barcodes rapidly to update the live inventory system and alert the customer that their daily order is currently being packed.
• Hand over the finalized paper bags to the motorcycle dispatch riders waiting at the back-store loading bay.

Rules for Selection

• Speed and Accuracy: Fulfilling multiple online orders within a strict thirty-minute time limit requires fast walking and extreme attention to detail.
• Product Knowledge: Memorizing the exact aisle locations for thousands of different food brands helps reduce the overall order packing time significantly.
• Tech Navigation: Operating smart picking devices and reading digital maps constantly throughout the shift is highly necessary.
