Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification required.
• 1–3 years experience in retail, supermarkets, or ecommerce fulfilment.
• Experience with online grocery picking or customer order fulfilment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick online grocery orders accurately using scanners or digital systems.
• Review orders for correct product, quantity, size, and expiry dates.
• Pack and label items, ensuring cold chain where needed and timely dispatch.
• Follow substitutions guidelines and report stock shortages or quality issues.
• Collaborate with store operations, customer service, and delivery teams.
