Client of Parisima Talent in Dubai is hiring a Senior Digital E-commerce Specialist to drive improvements across retail and B2B platforms. You will collaborate with IT, Marketing, and Operations to enhance the online shopping experience.

The role requires around 5 years in e-commerce or related fields, strong data analysis skills with Excel or Google Sheets, and a solid grasp of user journeys and UI/UX. Arabic skills are advantageous.

Job description

Working closely with teams across IT Marketing Finance and Operations you ll help enhance both retail and B2B e-commerce platforms ensuring customers enjoy a seamless online shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the ongoing development and optimisation of retail and B2B e-commerce platforms
• Improve the online customer journey including navigation search functionality product pages and checkout experience
• Work with IT and development teams to coordinate requirements testing and new platform enhancements
• Partner with the marketing team to deliver digital campaigns and promotions
• Analyse customer behaviour and performance data to identify opportunities for improvement
• Support initiatives that improve customer satisfaction engagement and retention
• Produce weekly reports covering sales conversion rates customer retention and category performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve digital performance

Around 5 years' experience in e-commerce, digital, retail or FMCG. Strong understanding of online customer journeys and UI/UX principles. Comfortable analysing data using Excel, Google Sheets or reporting dashboards. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Highly organised with strong attention to detail. Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Arabic language skills are advantageous but not essential.
