Job summary

Client of Parisima Talent in Dubai is hiring a Senior Digital E-commerce Specialist to drive improvements across retail and B2B platforms. You will collaborate with IT, Marketing, and Operations to enhance the online shopping experience.

The role requires around 5 years in e-commerce or related fields, strong data analysis skills with Excel or Google Sheets, and a solid grasp of user journeys and UI/UX. Arabic skills are advantageous.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in e-commerce, digital, retail or FMCG.
• Strong knowledge of online customer journeys and UI/UX.
• Proficient data analysis using Excel/Sheets or dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Support development and optimisation of retail and B2B platforms.
• Improve online customer journey: navigation, search, product pages, checkout.
• Coordinate requirements, testing, and platform enhancements with IT/development.
• Partner with marketing to deliver campaigns and promotions.
• Analyze customer behaviour and performance data to identify opportunities.
• Support initiatives to improve satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
• Produce weekly reports on sales conversion, retention, and category performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve digital performance.
