Our client, a growing consumer-focused business in Dubai, is actively seeking a commercially driven E-commerce Manager to own and grow its online business across its direct-to-consumer website, Amazon, Noon, and other relevant marketplaces.

Package: AED 4,000–5,000 per month
Duties and Responsibilities
E-commerce Management
- Own the day-to-day commercial performance of the company's e-commerce website and marketplaces.
- Drive online revenue growth across DTC and marketplace channels.
- Monitor sales, traffic, conversion, AOV, and customer behaviour.
- Identify opportunities to improve the online customer journey, product pages, navigation, mobile experience, and checkout process.
- Own online merchandising, promotional planning, bundles, cross-sells, and upsells.
- Manage marketplace assortment, pricing, promotions, stock availability, and commercial performance.
- Monitor best-selling, underperforming, and high-potential products.
- Work closely with Product & Category teams to identify products and categories with strong online potential.
- Improve repeat purchases, abandoned-cart recovery, CRM, and customer-retention activities.
Commercial & Performance Management
- Manage and evaluate external performance-marketing agencies or specialists based on commercial results.
- Review CAC, ROAS, conversion, margin, and other relevant acquisition and commercial metrics.
- Analyse online profitability and recommend opportunities to scale, optimize, or reduce investment.
- Identify reasons for changes in sales, conversion, customer behaviour, and product performance.
- Recommend products and categories to promote, scale, optimize, or discontinue.
- Provide management with clear weekly analysis, action plans, and commercial recommendations.
Operations & Cross-functional Coordination
- Manage and prioritize e-commerce execution resources, including listings, content, and website updates.
- Coordinate with Product, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Sales, and external partners.
- Monitor inventory, forecasting, and stock availability to support online sales.
- Ensure timely execution of e-commerce initiatives and promotional activities.
- Maintain accurate e-commerce reports, trackers, and performance dashboards.
Knowledge & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, ideally within consumer products, retail, lifestyle, or related industries.
- Proven experience managing a brand or retailer's own e-commerce website.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon, Noon, or comparable marketplaces.
- Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Strong understanding of online merchandising and e-commerce trading.
- Strong commercial and analytical mindset.
- Good understanding of conversion, AOV, CAC, ROAS, margin, and online profitability.
- Experience managing performance-marketing agencies or specialists is preferred.
- Understanding of inventory, forecasting, and stock availability.
- Strong Excel and data-analysis skills.
- Excellent organizational and cross-functional management skills.
- High level of ownership, initiative, and follow-through.
