Job summary

The Greater Change in Dubai is seeking an experienced E-commerce Specialist to manage end-to-end marketplace operations across regional and global platforms and to lead a team of e-commerce executives.

You will oversee listings, pricing, content, and stock accuracy, coordinate fulfilled and merchant shipments, handle payments and customer inquiries, and drive sales through SEO and PPC while reporting performance and mentoring the team.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years in e-commerce/marketplace management.
• Hands-on experience with major marketplace back-ends.
• Experience leading a team.
• Strong Excel and PPC skills.
• Knowledge of pricing strategy, MAP compliance, and competitor analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day marketplace account operations including listings, content, and pricing.
• Optimize listings via SEO, PPC, and Brand Store management.
• Coordinate fulfillment, inventory restocking, and returns.
• Handle payments, invoicing, chargebacks, and reconciliation.
• Track sales and inventory across platforms and prepare dashboards.
• Lead and mentor ecommerce team, set SOPs and raise issues to senior management.
