Job summary

CHANEL is seeking a motivated E-Business Intern for a 6-month period in Dubai to support digital operations, e-merchandising, and omnichannel projects. You will work with the Middle East E-Business team to ensure optimal online client experience and contribute to commercial performance across CHANEL's digital ecosystem.

You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, manage data-driven tasks, and gain exposure to luxury digital business practices within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or related field required.
• Advanced technical skills in Excel and data handling.
• Fluent communication in English; Arabic/French a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of CHANEL's digital business across E-Commerce and E-Retail.
• Coordinate with Customer Care, Warehouse, Boutiques, IT and Business teams.
• Monitor online operations and identify operational issues for escalation.
• Contribute to content updates and online assortment maintenance.
• Assist in digital campaigns, CRM activations, and performance tracking.
