Job summary

Virtusa is seeking an experienced professional to support integration of merchant checkout pages, mobile apps, IVR and CRM systems with RakBank payment gateways and related acquiring products in the UAE. The role includes providing technical pre-sales support, performing demonstrations, and training clients and colleagues on gateway products.

Qualifications

• Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences in a sales-oriented way.
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as JSP, PHP and CGI.
• Ability to work independently with customers via phone, email and on-site.

Responsibilities

• Offer technical functional and product integration support to merchant partners for checkout, mobile app, IVR and CRM integrations with RakBank gateways and other acquiring products.
• Provide technical pre-sales support by joining product and sales teams for meetings with prospects and delivering product demos.
• Deliver training sessions on payment gateway products to colleagues and clients.
