Job summary

Rakbank is seeking a Merchant Helpdesk Associate to provide frontline support to merchants on POS terminals, payment solutions, onboarding, and settlements. You will handle inquiries, service requests, and resolutions while maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with policies.

The role requires 1–2 years in banking or customer service, strong communication skills, bilingual ability, and proficiency with CRM systems and MS Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in banking or related field.
• 1–2 years of banking or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual is preferred.
• Strong writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver frontline support to merchants for inquiries, service requests, and issue resolution related to POS terminals and payment solutions.
• Document and maintain records of merchant interactions and resolutions.
• Escalate unresolved issues to relevant teams and ensure timely follow-up and closure.
