Job summary

Mohamed Hilal Group is seeking an experienced E‑Commerce Manager to lead and grow the online business across its retail and luxury brand portfolio. You will oversee end-to-end e-commerce operations, website performance, merchandising, and digital sales.

You will work with Marketing, Brand, and Ops to plan campaigns, optimize conversions, monitor KPIs, and ensure a seamless customer journey across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent in related field.
• 5+ years in e-commerce, preferably in retail, luxury, beauty, fragrance or fashion.
• Strong experience with e-commerce websites and online marketplaces.
• Excellent data interpretation and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the e-commerce strategy aligned with brand objectives.
• Own online sales performance, KPIs, and revenue growth.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the e-commerce site and marketplaces.
• Oversee product listings, pricing, promotions, and merchandising.
• Ensure websites are updated with launches, campaigns and brand content.
• Analyse customer behavior and performance data to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Brand teams on digital campaigns and launches.
• Coordinate with Operations and Logistics for smooth order fulfilment.
• Monitor inventory online and minimise stock-outs.
• Maintain relationships with platforms, agencies and tech partners.
• Identify opportunities to improve website functionality and user experience.
• Prepare regular performance reports and actionable insights.
