Job summary

Eyewa is seeking a strategic E-commerce Manager to lead our online business in the UAE. You will drive traffic, conversion, and profitability across digital channels, collaborating with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Customer Experience to deliver sustained growth.

The role requires 5+ years in e-commerce leadership, strong analytics and UX optimization, and experience in retail or consumer goods. You’ll coach the team, own KPIs, and stay ahead of trends to deliver exceptional online

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years as E-commerce Manager in online-first company.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce operations, UX, analytics, and performance marketing.
• Experience in optical/retail/consumer goods is a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Organised, agile in a fast-paced growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of Eyewa’s e-commerce business, driving traffic, conversion, and profitability.
• Develop and implement e-commerce strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
• Oversee online merchandising, content, pricing, and promotional activities to optimise sales performance.
• Monitor analytics and KPIs to identify growth opportunities and improve site performance and customer experience.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams on customer acquisition, retention, and CRM initiatives.
• Partner with Supply Chain and Operations to ensure seamless fulfilment and product availability.
• Manage, coach, and develop the E-commerce team, fostering a culture of performance and innovation.
• Stay ahead of e-commerce trends, technologies, and competitor activity to drive continuous improvement.
