Job summary

Al Tayer Insignia is seeking an E-commerce Fulfilment Manager to oversee the end-to-end warehouse and order fulfilment operations for a 1-year fixed-term contract in Dubai. The role focuses on inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction while coordinating logistics and leading warehouse teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations or related field preferred.
• +5 years of warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics management experience, ideally in e-commerce.
• Experience with WMS, ERP and order management systems.
• Proven track record of leading high-performing warehouse teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily e-commerce fulfillment operations: receiving, put-away, picking, packing and shipping.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and within SLAs; coordinate inbound/outbound logistics.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and optimal stock levels across all SKUs.
• Develop SOPs for DC operations and support KPI reporting (productivity, order accuracy, throughput).
• Lead, train, and develop warehouse staff; manage shifts and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e-commerce, supply chain, finance, IT) to align goals.
• Ensure health, safety, security and environmental policies are followed and audited.
