Job summary

DHL Global in Dubai is seeking a passionate E-Commerce and Domestic Operations Coordinator to support ecommerce and domestic shipments within set timelines and to drive profitability, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. You will work with the Contract Logistics Team to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.

The role requires 1-2 years’ experience in domestic/e-commerce logistics, strong Microsoft Office skills, and knowledge of WMS/ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 1-2 years' experience in domestic and e-commerce, warehousing & distribution operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics software.
• Basic knowledge of Customs procedures.

Responsibilities

• Process e-commerce and domestic logistics operations within specified time frames.
• Maintain KPI performance and accuracy.
• Coordinate with transport providers and stakeholders to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Update INFOR WMS, NSI & Dubai Trade records.
• Prepare and analyze reports for the function.
