Job summary

AimGulf is seeking a Dynamics ERP Techno-Functional Consultant in Dubai to drive service governance and operational ownership of enterprise applications. You will manage ITSM, ensure audit readiness, and lead process design improvements in a vendor-driven setting.

Required are 8+ years with Dynamics 365 F&O and Power Automate, plus 5 years in .NET development; MCP certification is preferred. This is a contract role based in Dubai, with a focus on delivering robust ERP solutions.

Job Description / Role:

The Dynamics ERP Techno-Functional Consultant will be responsible for the operational ownership and service governance of enterprise applications. This role involves managing IT service management practices, ensuring audit readiness, and driving process design and re-engineering initiatives within a vendor-driven environment.

Experience Required:

• Proven experience in operational ownership and service governance for enterprise applications, including risk assessment, control design, and audit readiness.
• 8 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, and PowerAutomate, developing Plugins, new modules, and customizations.
• 5 years of experience in developing .NET applications.

Education Qualifications:

• Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations MCP.

Skills Required:

• Strong working knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) practices, including incident, problem, and change management in vendor driven environments.
• Ability to analyze and report on IT performance metrics and compliance gaps.
• Familiarity with ticketing and productivity tools (e.g: Manage Engine, JIRA, MS Planner).
• Understanding of process design and re-engineering principles.
• AI skills for automating repetitive / manual work.
