Job summary

Linnk Group in Dubai seeks an experienced Dynamics ERP Techno-Functional Consultant to lead and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) and Power Automate initiatives across Finance, Procurement and Human Capital.

The role blends hands-on development with ERP operations, solution architecture, and vendor governance, driving AI-driven automation and value through scalable, secure ERP solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or related field.
• 8 years of experience with Dynamics 365 F&O and Power Automate, incl. development and customizations.
• 5 years hands-on .NET application development experience.
• Proven enterprise app operations, service management and vendor governance.
• Strong incident, problem, change management, design and process optimization.
• Experience using AI technologies to automate repetitive tasks.
• Familiar with ManageEngine, Jira or Microsoft Planner.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own ERP operations, incident management, and service continuity for D365 F&O and Power Automate.
• Develop and maintain ERP customizations, plugins, modules, integrations, and .NET apps.
• Govern Level 2 support teams and vendors, manage escalations and root-cause analysis.
• Review requirements, designs, and oversee enhancements and integrations.
• Maintain scalable, secure ERP architecture with compliance and audits.
• Monitor platform performance and KPIs for continuous improvement.
• Identify AI-driven automation opportunities and Copilot Studio integrations.
• Define sourcing strategies across in-house and outsourcing teams.
• Maintain technical docs, SOPs, and runbooks.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Dynamics ERP Techno-Functional Consultant to manage, develop, and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) and Power Automate platforms. The role combines hands-on technical development, ERP operations, solution architecture, vendor governance, and AI-driven transformation to improve business efficiency across Finance, Procurement, and Human Capital.

Key Responsibilities

• Own ERP operations, production support, incident management, and service continuity across D365 F&O and Power Automate.
• Develop and maintain ERP customizations, plugins, modules, integrations, and .NET applications.
• Govern Level 2 support teams and vendors, manage escalations, and drive root cause analysis and preventive actions.
• Assess business requirements, review technical designs, and oversee enhancements, integrations, and solution delivery.
• Maintain scalable, secure, cost-effective ERP architecture and ensure compliance with organizational policies and audit requirements.
• Monitor platform performance, storage, resource utilization, and operational KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
• Identify and implement AI-driven automation, AI Agents, and Copilot Studio solutions; MCP integration experience is an advantage.
• Define sourcing strategies across in-house teams, outsourcing, and staff augmentation, assessing vendor capabilities and cost-effectiveness.
• Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, runbooks, and ITSM processes.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 8 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and Power Automate, including development, customizations, plugins, and modules.
• 5 years of hands-on .NET application development experience.
• Proven experience in enterprise application operations, service management, and vendor governance.
• Strong knowledge of incident, problem, and change management, solution design, and business process optimization.
• Experience using AI technologies to automate repetitive tasks.
• Familiarity with ManageEngine, Jira, or Microsoft Planner.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills.

Preferred Skills

• AI Agent and Microsoft Copilot Studio implementation.
• Dynamics 365 F&O MCP and AI Agent integrations.
• Knowledge of COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001, or NIST frameworks.
• Master's degree in a relevant discipline and proficiency in Arabic.
