Job summary

Element Search is seeking an ERP Systems Lead / Administrator for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Online. You will own and administer the system across the group, provide L1/L2 functional support, and coordinate with the AMC for advanced issues.

You will work with Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Sales, Operations and IT to keep Business Central stable, secure and aligned with group needs, while driving governance and improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in IT, CS, BA, accounting, finance or related field.
• Minimum five years ERP experience, with at least three years on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (Online).
• Strong admin knowledge of Business Central across multiple entities.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary internal administrator and escalation point for Business Central Online across all group entities.
• Investigate incidents, user issues and system errors, resolving in-house when possible.
• Maintain a register of incidents, service requests and improvements.
• Support month-end and year-end activities where ERP issues affect financial processing.
• Coordinate with AMC partner and monitor resolution through to closure.
