Job summary

Element MEA is seeking an ERP Systems Lead / Administrator for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Online. You will own in-house SAAS administration, provide L1–L2 support, manage user access and security, and coordinate with the AMC partner on complex developments across group entities.

You will work with Finance, Procurement, Inventory and IT to ensure stable, secure ERP operations, drive process improvements and oversee reporting, governance and integrations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Accounting or Finance.
Demonstrable finance-process literacy and ERP experience are essential.
Minimum five years of ERP experience with Dynamics 365 BC, preferably Online.

Responsibilities

Act as primary internal admin for Dynamics 365 BC Online across multiple entities.
Provide L1–L2 functional support and coordinate with AMC partner for complex work.
Maintain incidents register, support month-end and year-end activities.
Oversee environment management, user access, security and governance.
Coordinate testing, documentation, and governance for changes and releases.
