See & Recruit in Dubai seeks a hands-on Social Media Manager to own the content process from idea to execution. You will plan, create, film, edit and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platforms while upholding a premium brand standard.

You should be comfortable appearing on camera, writing engaging English copy, and translating brand priorities into social-first content. The role requires independent work and a strong eye for visuals, plus simple performance reporting.

Qualifications

• Passionate about Social Media and trending formats.
• Hands-on content creation from concept to publish.
• Strong English copywriting for captions and scripts.
• Experience with short-form video editing.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end social media content process: ideas, calendar, scripting, filming, editing, copywriting, publishing and optimization.
• Create original short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Be comfortable appearing on camera as a content creator.
• Shoot content independently with good framing, lighting and brand presentation.
• Edit reels, interviews, project content and event coverage to high standards.
• Write engaging, natural copy, captions and scripts in English.
• Translate priorities into social-first content across channels.
• Identify trends and platform opportunities.
• Manage publishing, scheduling, community engagement and channel hygiene.
• Track performance and provide simple reporting on reach and engagement.
