Job summary

MVP Appliances in Dubai is seeking a Service Coordinator to manage customer service requests and inquiries, while supporting service operations and ensuring timely communication across departments.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in customer service, strong communication and coordination skills, and experience with ERP/CRM systems. The role entails handling inbound calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp updates, and service documentation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
• 3–5 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience as a Customer Service Team Leader or Supervisor is preferred.
• Experience in appliances, retail, service or related industries is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle or similar ERP/CRM systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend to inbound calls and support the team during breaks or unavailability.
• Assist walk-in customers when other team members are unavailable.
• Manage WhatsApp communication and support the team during high-volume periods.
• Register service calls and prepare documentation for incoming requests.
• Assist with job closures and invoicing.
• Coordinate with Showroom, Marketing and other teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Prepare and submit reports to the Accounts Team for invoicing purposes.
• Follow up on pending approvals, site-not-ready cases, and pending installations.
• Coordinate with the supervisor regarding workshop jobs and keep customers informed of status.
• Ensure tickets are updated with complete product details, customer contact information, and service/repair history.
