Job summary

EthosEnergy Power Solutions, LLC is seeking a Field Service Coordinator (UAE National) to support field service operations in Abu Dhabi. You will coordinate demand signals for personnel and tooling, ensure on-time mobilisations, and manage travel, visas, and training for the TFA team.

The role requires strong MS Office skills, supplier and vendor coordination, and the ability to work unsupervised while maintaining safety, compliance, and accurate records for timesheets, inventory and cost

Qualifications

• MS Office (Word/Excel) and Adobe PDF proficiency.
• Proven skills in customer/supplier communication under tight deadlines.
• Oil, Gas and Industrial Service experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Receive, understand and acknowledge demand signals for personnel and tooling to meet operational needs.
• Support in-country visa, security and medical requirements and escalate concerns to Field Service Manager.
• Travel/accommodation bookings and arrangements with travel provider.
• Ensure correct competencies and training for selection and allocation of personnel.
• Assist visa applications using travel provider services.
• Arrange pre-mobilisation and de-mobilisation briefings as required.
• Manage field service tooling inventory, maintaining and certifying assets.
