Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in hospitality or vocational training in F&B.
• Minimum of one year experience in Bar Operations.
• Excellent command of English.
• Guest service and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Flamboyant bartending skills and knowledge of wines, liquor and cocktails.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks to service beverages according to the hotel standard.
• Aim for total guest satisfaction and profitability through resource use.
• Delight guests with innovative products and support sales to maximize revenue.
• Set up the bar and prepare mise-en-place for service.
• Clean the bar and equipment and maintain cleanliness throughout service.
• Extend prompt service to all guests and maintain politeness and courtesy.
