Job summary

Dubai Parks and Resorts is hiring a Bartender for Viva Restaurant in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, with Technical Beverage Training and a Wine & Spirit Education Certificate preferred.

Qualifications

• Secondary School or equivalent; F&B experience in a bar setting.
• 2-5 years’ experience in a similar bartender role.
• Technical Beverage Training Certification required.
• Wine and Spirit Education Certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and meet customer needs, including special requirements.
• Fulfill requests promptly and resolve dissatisfaction following procedures.
• Communicate professionally and maintain high grooming standards.
• Take orders and prepare beverages, including cocktails, per company standards.
• Handle transactions and manage liquor orders using ADACO.
• Maintain bar mise-en-place, stock levels and FIFO hygiene checks.
• Perform opening/closing and cleaning tasks; report stock issues to management.
• Assist with inventory and proper storage and expiry checks.
• Complete administrative duties such as temperature logs and cashiering paperwork.
• Uphold responsible alcohol service and assist with staff training when required.
