Job summary

Jumeirah Living World Trade Centre in Dubai is seeking a Duty Manager for the Front Office. You will balance daily revenues, perform night audit and ensure financial data is prepared for the finance team.

Maintain seamless front office operations, uphold the Jumeirah stay different standards, and log guest feedback and incidents to support continuous service excellence. A hospitality qualification and strong interpersonal skills are essential.

Qualifications

• A Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management preferred.
• Enthusiastic with a passion for delivering excellent experiences.
• Strong teamwork and customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Balance daily revenues and perform night audit for finance preparation.
• Ensure smooth front office operations with high service standards.
• Log challenges and guest feedback in the duty manager handover/report.
• Adhere to SOPs and oversee cleanliness and daily quality checks.
• Assist front office manager with VIP arrivals and escorts.
