Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Senior BIM Bridge / Structural Engineer to lead BIM coordination on major infrastructure projects in Dubai. You will drive BIM standards, set up data environments, and guide design teams through model development and collaboration.

You will coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to align BIM deliverables with project requirements, oversee clash resolution, and mentor BIM staff while evaluating new technologies for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Experience with BIM coordination on large infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM processes and ensure compliance with standards.
• Set up common data environments and project orientation.
• Coordinate BIM models with design teams and stakeholders.
• Lead BIM technicians and manage model integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct clash detection and coordinate multi-disciplinary reviews.
