Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Building Information Modeling (BIM) Specialist to support the digital design and delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on developing coordinated 3D models, producing technical drawings, and supporting BIM implementation across facilities and networks.

With a minimum of five years' BIM experience and a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, you will coordinate multidisciplinary models and ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience using Building Information Modeling software and applications.
• Demonstrated expertise in water and wastewater infrastructure design and modeling.
• Experience coordinating BIM models across multidisciplinary project teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Building Information Models for water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
• Produce detailed 3D models and technical drawings in accordance with approved project specifications.
• Support the digital modeling of water treatment facilities, water distribution systems, pumping stations, and associated infrastructure.
• Coordinate BIM models across engineering and design disciplines involved in water infrastructure projects.
• Provide technical guidance to design staff on the use of BIM systems.
• Manage BIM documentation and model coordination activities across assigned projects.
