Job summary

Tanqeeb seeks a General Manager for an ultra-luxury hotel in Dubai. This executive must blend guest excellence with commercial performance, brand positioning and strong people leadership to elevate a five-star property.

The role requires full P&L responsibility, strategic planning, and the ability to engage international guests and partners. The package includes AED 65,000–90,000 monthly, executive bonus, housing, insurance, flights, and relocation support.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of international hospitality experience.
• Significant General Manager/Hotel Manager leadership experience.
• Proven background within luxury or ultra-luxury 5 hospitality.
• Full P&L responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of rooms and F&B operations.
• Proven commercial and revenue management mindset.
• Excellent English.
• Previous Middle East experience will be considered a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assume full responsibility for the property's financial and operational performance.
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning.
• Drive revenue, GOP and profitability.
• Monitor RevPAR, ADR, occupancy and key commercial indicators.
• Identify new revenue opportunities across rooms, F&B and ancillary services.
• Ensure disciplined cost management without compromising the luxury experience.
• Oversee all hotel operations and ensure standards across Rooms, F&B, Guest Relations, Housekeeping, Spa.
• Lead and inspire the Executive Committee and develop succession plans.
