Job summary

Millennium Hotels & Resorts MEA seeks an experienced General Manager to lead hotel operations in the UAE. The role demands a proven track record in delivering business results while maintaining guest satisfaction and high standards of operation.

You will drive revenue across rooms, F&B, meetings and events, and oversee talent development, stakeholder relationships, and brand compliance to achieve long-term targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of hospitality leadership experience, including General Manager experience within branded hotels.
• Strong understanding of the UAE hospitality landscape across corporate, leisure, and MICE.
• Proven track record of RevPAR growth, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
• Strong financial, commercial, and operational management capabilities.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
