Job summary

WSP in Dubai seeks an experienced Stakeholder Manager to lead engagement with government authorities, utilities, developers, and other stakeholders across major transport and infrastructure projects in Dubai and the UAE. You will coordinate approvals, manage communications, and support the design lifecycle.

The role requires extensive experience in stakeholder management, fluency in English (and Arabic preferred), and a track record on large-scale infrastructure programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Urban Planning, Infrastructure Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 12 years of professional experience in stakeholder management.
  • Proven experience on major transport and infrastructure projects.
  • Experience with Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) projects.
  • Experience coordinating across multidisciplinary design teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement stakeholder engagement and communications strategies for Dubai projects.
  • Identify, analyse, and manage project stakeholders throughout all design phases.
  • Lead stakeholder meetings, workshops, and coordination sessions.
  • Coordinate authority submissions, reviews, comments, and approvals.
  • Maintain stakeholder registers and engagement reports.
  • Collaborate with project teams and clients to resolve stakeholder issues.
  • Provide regular progress updates to project leadership and clients.
  • Identify stakeholder-related risks and mitigation measures.
