Job summary

Qualifications

• UAE National (with a valid Family Book).
• Recent graduate in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Understanding of local regulations, policies, and stakeholders involved in Roads & Highways projects.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams and effectively manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Management: support development and maintenance of relationships with stakeholders including government entities, local authorities, community representatives and project partners.
• Communication Facilitation: liaise between project teams, stakeholders and regulatory bodies to ensure clear communication of goals, requirements and progress.
• Regulatory Compliance: understand local regulations and ensure activities align with legal requirements.
• Conflict Resolution: assist in addressing conflicts to maintain momentum and positive relationships.
• Public Engagement: organize and facilitate public consultations, meetings and workshops to gather feedback and build community support.
• Documentation and Reporting: prepare reports and presentations related to stakeholder engagement activities for management and stakeholders.

Stakeholder Management

Support the development and maintenance of strong relationships with stakeholders including government entities local authorities community representatives and project partners

Communication Facilitation

Assist as a liaison between project teams stakeholders and regulatory bodies to ensure clear communication and understanding of project goals requirements and progress

Regulatory Compliance

Develop an understanding of local regulations policies and standards related to Roads amp Highways projects ensuring project activities align with legal and regulatory requirements

Conflict Resolution

Support in addressing conflicts or issues that arise between stakeholders and project teams finding mutually beneficial resolutions to maintain project momentum and positive relationships

Public Engagement

Assist in organizing and facilitating public consultations meetings and workshops to gather feedback address concerns and build community support for infrastructure projects

Documentation and Reporting

Prepare reports documentation and presentations related to stakeholder engagement activities ensuring accurate and timely reporting to project management and stakeholders
