Job summary

WSP in Dubai is seeking an experienced Stakeholder Manager to support major transport and infrastructure projects across the UAE. You will lead stakeholder engagement, coordinate authorities, and manage approvals throughout the design lifecycle.

The role interfaces with government authorities, utility providers, developers, operators and other stakeholders to facilitate design development and approvals. Dubai project experience and fluent English are essential; bilingual English/Arabic is highly

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 12 years of professional experience in stakeholder management.
Proven experience on major transport and infrastructure projects.
Experience with Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive stakeholder engagement and communications strategies for Dubai projects.
Identify, analyse, and manage project stakeholders throughout all design phases.
Act as the primary interface with government authorities, utility providers, and external stakeholders.
Lead stakeholder meetings, workshops, and coordination sessions.
Maintain stakeholder registers, approvals trackers, and engagement reports.
Provide regular progress updates to project leadership and clients on approvals and engagement activities.
Support risk management by identifying stakeholder-related risks and mitigation measures.
