Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking a Sales Senior Associate for the Trade & Working Capital division to support the CEEMEA Sales team in managing a diverse corporate client portfolio and shaping sales strategy.

You will originate opportunities, collaborate across payments and banking teams, and prepare client-ready proposals. The role requires deep knowledge of Trade & Working Capital solutions, a strong client-focus, and the ability to work under pressure in a matrix organization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Trade, Transaction Banking and managing complex client relationships.
• Strong knowledge of Credit and all TWC solutions.
• Ability to operate in a matrix organization, work under pressure, and meet tight timeframes.
• Effective collaboration and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the CEEMEA Trade & Working Capital Sales team in managing a large and diverse portfolio of corporate clients, promoting the achievement of business goals.
• Help to originate and structure new opportunities with clients across Core Trade and Structured Trade solutions.
• Collaborate with Payments functional teams and coverage bankers to execute the sales strategy, expand market share, and increase client engagement.
• Participate in client calls and prepare responses to client requests (including term sheets, and presentations).
• Create deal write-ups to approach partners internally and support internal approval processes with deal proposal packages.
• Compare various financing alternatives through pricing and modelling deal scenarios using the Loan Return Calculator.
• Engage on key business decisions with the CEEMEA Head of TWC Sales that will drive the sales strategy.
• Provide support on Trade initiatives and ad hoc projects across the CEEMEA team.
