BxT Trading in Dubai seeks a Trade Finance Officer to coordinate and administer trade finance activities supporting commodity-trading transactions. You will issue, review and settle LCs, guarantees, and documentary instruments, working with internal teams and banks.

You will monitor cash flows, manage banking costs, ensure compliance with UCP/URC, and help optimize working capital while maintaining strong relationships with banks.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Experience in trade finance instruments and document reviews is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end processing of import and export letters of credit.
• Coordinate issuance, advising, confirmation, amendment and settlement of LCs.
• Review drafts to ensure alignment with contracts and payment terms.
• Monitor LCs' validity, expiry dates and banking documentation.
• Coordinate with banks and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare reports on outstanding trade finance instruments and cash flow.
