Job summary

Mackenzie Jones Middle East partners with a global manufacturing company in Dubai to hire a Temporary Invoicing & Documentation Specialist for its Supply Chain MEA Order Centre. This 3–4 month contract focuses on manual invoicing outside SAP and delivering complete monthly packs to Finance to ensure on-time billing.

You will own the accuracy of invoices, packing lists and shipment records for that market and support the month-end close process. Strong Excel and Arabic/English skills are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Accounting or a related field.
• 2+ years in invoicing, order processing or export documentation.
• Proficient with invoices, packing lists and export documents.
• Ability to work without automated ERP checks and maintain accuracy.
• Excellent Excel skills with pivot tables and automation familiarity.
• Fluent Arabic (written and spoken) and professional English.
• Based in Dubai and available to start on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Create and review customer invoices manually, checking pricing, quantities, customer details and terms on every invoice.
• Prepare and verify packing lists for each shipment so they match both the invoice and the actual shipment.
• Compile and maintain accurate records for all dispatches throughout the month.
• Put invoices, packing lists and shipment records together into a complete monthly pack for Finance, within the month-end cut-off.
• Cross-check documents against each other and against dispatch data, and fix discrepancies before they reach Finance or the customer.
• When capacity allows, support the wider shipment document set, including commercial documents, certificates of origin and other export paperwork.
