Job summary

JAM Event Services is seeking an Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Specialist for a 4-month temporary assignment in Dubai, UAE. The role supports the AP/AR teams during an ERP project, ensuring accurate supplier and customer records.

You will handle invoicing, reconciliations, KYC checks, and data management, liaising with vendors and customers to collect required information. Immediate start; on-site; rate AED 8,000 per month.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years AP/AR experience in UAE.
• Experience with reconciliations and data accuracy in ERP.
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Willingness to work in alcohol/beverage sector.
• Immediate availability for 4-month contract.

Responsibilities

• Process AP invoice transactions and ERP-related tasks.
• Support ERP-related projects and data management.
• Carry out supplier and customer KYC checks.
• Coordinate with vendors and customers for information.
• Perform supplier and customer reconciliations and receipt allocations.
• Maintain supplier and customer master data and records.
• Provide admin and operational support to AP/AR teams.
